I am Magda Witkiewicz-Gavenda, the founder behind EquiLens. With over 9 years of corporate experience, I have honed my expertise predominantly in the dynamic field of recruiting for the top investment bank in London and across Europe. My journey is marked by a commitment to excellence, a dedication for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a unique blend of academic achievements.
Recently, I earned a Masters in Human Rights from the prestigious London School of Economics, a testament to my dedication to understanding and promoting human rights in the corporate world. I also hold a Bachelor degree in journalism & social communication, offering me a nuanced understanding of effective communication strategies. Complementing this, my studies in international relations provide a global perspective, crucial in navigating the diverse landscape of today’s workforce
In recognition of my commitment to inclusive leadership, I have also obtained a certificate in Inclusive Leadership from the London School of Economics. This further enriches my ability to drive positive change within organizations, emphasizing the importance of diversity in leadership and decision-making.
