Zapisy trwają do 24 października, a szkolenie ruszy w połowie listopada (daty i godziny do potwierdzenia).

 

Szkolenie przeznaczone jest dla min. 5, a maksymalnie 12 osób. W przypadku gdy nie uda się zgromadzić minimalnej liczby uczestników, szkolenie się nie odbędzie. W przypadku większego zainteresowania, o uczestnictwie decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń.

These Terms set the rules for using our Website and outline how we provide our Services.
The Website is operated and all Services are provided by EquiLens.
Words such as „we”, “our”, “us” refer to EquiLens. Words such as “you”, “your” or “yours” refer to the User.

1. DEFINITIONS
All capitalized terms have the following meaning:
(a) Agreement - a contract, based on these Terms, concluded between us and you to provide the Services;
(b) Equilens - Magda Witkiewicz conducting business under the name EquiLens by Magda Witkiewicz-Gavenda, holding a tax identification number (NIP:) PL9910413548 and having a mailing address: ul. Węgierska 2A, 46-045 Kotórz Mały, POLAND;
(c) Newsletter - an electronic report containing news from the industry and information about our Services, which we send to our subscribers;
(d) Privacy Policy - EquiLens Privacy Policy which is available at https://equilensadvisory.com/privacy-policy/
(e) Services - all services that EquiLens renders through the Website, including in particular online consultations relating to diversity, equality and inclusion;
(f) Terms - these EquiLens Terms of Service;
(g) User - any person or entity who makes use of the Services for purposes related to their business or professional activity;
(h) Website - our website available at https://equilensadvisory.com/ and all of its subpages and subdomains.
All references to the singular shall include the plural where applicable.
Titles and headings are just there to make things easier to find. They do not change or explain anything in these Terms.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(1) Scope of Services. We provide the following Services based on these Terms:
- making our Website available to its visitors;
- subscribing and sending out the Newsletter;
- signing for online consultations, trainings and conducting them.
(2) Restrictions on the use of the Services. You can only use the Services in a way that follows the law. While using the Services, you must avoid actions that could harm or disrupt the Services or violate the privacy of others.
(3) Technical requirements. You need an Internet connection and a device with a major internet browser installed (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, MS Edge) to browse through and use the Website. While you can browse and use the Website using any web browser, the Website may not function properly in other browsers.
To take part in online training you need a stable Internet connection and device with a webcam that can run videoconferencing software (like Zoom or MS Teams).
(4) Newsletter. As part of the Newsletter, we will keep you updated on our new special offers. In order to receive the Newsletter you must sign up for it by providing us with your e-mails address and giving us your consent to receive the Newsletter.


3. ONLINE TRAINING
(1) Training booking. To book your spot in the training, you must provide your contact details and agree to these Terms to finalise your booking request. Please pick your preferred day and time on our Website's booking subpage so we can take that into consideration when confirming the final dates of the training. Remember that we will use the contact details you provide to send all information necessary for completing your booking and carrying out the online training. Please ensure the information you give is complete and accurate.
(2) Payment. After you submit your booking, we'll email you to confirm the dates and launch of the training, we will also send you payment instructions. We'll try our best to match your preferred day and time but can't always guarantee it. You must pay for the training 24h before the first session. If you don't pay within this timeframe, your booking will be cancelled.
(3) Booking confirmation. Sending a booking request doesn't automatically confirm your place in the training cohort. Your booking is only confirmed (and a contract for a provision of the Services is concluded) when we receive your full payment. You must pay using the method and within the time we specify in the payment details. We do not accept payments made using any other method.
(4) Invoices. After your payment reaches our account, we will send you an accounting document to confirm the payment. Please send us the information we need to issue an invoice for our services once you've made the payment.
(5) Training delivery. Trainings are conducted online using Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology to participate in the consultation. You will receive all necessary videoconferencing details at least 24 hours before the training.
(6) No-show policy. If you don't show up for any of the training sessions, you will still receive an email summary of the session you missed and additional materials. Unfortunately, you won't get a refund for any previously paid fees.
(7) Services only for business or professional purposes. Our services are of highly complex and professional nature and are designed specifically for individuals or entities who need them for their business or professional purposes. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you will be making use of the Services in connection with your business or professional activity.

4. LIABILITY
(1) No warranties. The Website and the Services are provided on an “AS IS” basis without any warranties of any kind.
(2) Limitation of liability. We are only responsible for actual damages you suffer in connection with the use of our Services and/or our improper performance or non-performance of the Agreement (we are not liable for any lost profits and/or special, consequential or indirect damages). The maximum amount we can be liable for (regardless of the legal basis for such liability) is limited to what you paid us for the Services. If you haven't paid us anything, our liability is capped at EUR 100.

5. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
(1) Filing a complaint. If you encounter technical issues on our Website, have concerns about our Services or want to file another complaint, please email us at magda@equilensadvisory.com. Describe your problem clearly and in detail, so we can address it quickly and effectively.
(2) Response to complaint. We'll get back to you by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint. Our response will either offer a solution, update you on the progress of resolving the issue, or confirm that it has been resolved.
(3) Right to appeal. If you're not satisfied with how we handled your complaint or if the issue reoccurs, you have the right to request a review of our initial response. For an appeal, use the same contact form or continue the previous email conversation.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(1) No implied rights. All rights, including intellectual property rights in and to the Website and its content, belong only to us. These Terms don't give you any rights to the Website and/or its content that aren't specifically mentioned. You're only allowed to use the Website as outlined in these Terms.
(2) IP protection. The Website and its content are protected by various legal means, including copyrights, trademarks, and other laws. By using our Website, you agree to respect all copyright and other legal notices and restrictions in any content you access through them.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
(1) Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms for important reasons, such as: (i) organizational, business, or legal changes related to us that affect the Services; (ii) changes in the laws that affect the Services; (iii) changes in the Website functionalities.
(2) Information about changes to Terms. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Website. New versions of the Terms will only apply to Agreements concluded after the new version has been posted on the Website.
(3) Privacy. You can find information on how we process your Personal Data in our Privacy Policy.
(4) Current version. The current version of the Terms of Service is always available on the Website.
(5) Governing law. These Terms and the Agreement are governed exclusively by Polish law[1] , excluding any conflict of law rules.
(6) Jurisdiction. If there's a dispute between us about these Terms, the Agreement, or the Services, we'll first try to solve it through good faith negotiations. If we can't reach an agreement within 30 days after the dispute first arises, then it will be handled exclusively by Polish common courts.
(7) Assignment. We can transfer our rights and responsibilities from these Terms and/or the Agreement to another entity without your consent.
